What first caught my eye and attracted me to Chicago's Chi Renovation & Design was this article on their retro 1950's kitchen remodel. A stunning diner-inspired kitchen filled with luxuriously vintage finishes and a cheerful mint green and bright red color palette. Who wouldn't love waking up and sipping their coffee to this space every morning!
So, of course, I dived deeper into their portfolio and can't describe how amazed I was with each and every design. Creative kitchens, glamorous bathrooms, and lovely basement remodels at every page.

An exciting take on the metal accent trend! This "penny backsplash" was paired beautifully with the rustic woods, almost blending in but creating just the right amount of contrast. The gray farmhouse hood range and kitchen island balance out the copper, but don’t take away from it. This one-of-a-kind look is definitely at the top of my list for unique kitchen designs - plus, can we admire the awesome built-in breakfast stools!
Luxurious Bathroom With A Coffee Station (!)

This entire master bathroom is amazing - but what made it stand out was the built-in coffee (or champagne) station! I rarely (if ever) see mini kitchenettes in a master bath, which now that I think about it - why not? It's perfect for hectic mornings when you don't want to be running around the home getting ready. This brilliant design should become the next bathroom trend! Let me know what you think of this unusual accessory.
This Actual Open Loft

I understand not every loft has the luxury of being on the ground floor, but if you're thinking of converting your garage or shed into a loft/apartment, this look might work really well. It's a cool mixture of Scandinavian and modern farmhouse, and the layout is low maintenance and versatile - warm & cozy or bright & open. Check out the rest of this project to see the whole loft!

This "Eye Balls" bathroom has a quirky, colorful, and creative design. Made to represent the client's artistic and funky personality, between the unusual lighting and European tiles, I'd say Chi Renovation hit all the marks on this bathroom! Another sneaky perk of this design is the clever way they've added in ample storage, making this bathroom feel more spacious despite the bold colors (that sometimes make a room feel smaller).
