As soon as I heard of Behr's COTY choice, In The Moment, I started looking for design inspiration! I love colorful interiors as well as seeing how the pros put such hues to use. With In The Moment, the blue-green tone showcases beautifully as an primary color, accent, or detail - which makes this an adaptable color choice for those who like to change up their home's look from time to time.
I'm interested to hear what you all think about In The Moment and how you'd use it in your own home! But until then, check out a few of these 4 stylish ways to add this color to your interiors:
Living Room Details

In The Moment speaks volumes as the background colors in these contemporary living rooms where detail is key. From subtle bursts in the throw pillows to a larger appearance in the window treatments, In The Moment makes a statement while complementing the surrounding design elements. The blue-green tone, as you'll notice, works well in both a contemporary-traditional style, as seen in Lumar Interior's design, as well as a contemporary-coastal one, like Courtney Thomas'. Every living area can benefit from such a versatile color, don't you think?
Bedroom Textiles & Accent Walls

Again, the versatile In The Moment looks right at home in both Bayberry Cottage's lakeside home and Nicola Interiors' modern farmhouse design. From the alluring accent walls to the plush fabrics, In The Moment can either be played up with highly saturated yellows and greens or left a bit understated, as seen paired with the down-to-earth mauve curtains.
Even if these bedrooms only went with In The Moment textiles, the floral bedding and velvet headboard would still stand out enough to make the space pop. What do you think - which color combination do you prefer for your own bedroom?

Both Randy Trainor and Enrique Crespo show off the power of In The Moment in these two (very different) bathroom interiors! While the blue-green offers a serene look in the neutral spa-like bathroom, it creates a breathtaking contrast in the fabulously glam and pink master bath!
Bathrooms are great rooms to get creative with, and as you can see, In The Moment isn't the necessarily the accent color. In fact, both bathrooms blend the hue with other shades of blue and green, which works extremely well for mosaic tiling.

If you've decided that In The Moment needs to make a statement in your home, then these two designs should offer some inspiration! As the background color in a contemporary home office, VRA Interiors uses In The Moment as the "wow" factor. Soothing but loud, this color is sure to spark creativity, enthusiasm, and a tranquil concentration.
If you're not an accent wall type, then creating an accent out of kitchen or laundry room cabinets is the next best way of adding a lot of color in one place. Cabinets and doors in this color will undoubtedly bring a refreshing, clean, and laid-back feel to your home. I love the look of In The Moment in this modern farmhouse kitchen, don't you?
