In an attempt to create a new and exciting ambiance while also preserving the traditional feel of the holidays, I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite holiday decor trends for 2018! For a stylish holiday party, dinner, or brunch, these chic looks will give your interiors an extra dose of style this season!

Give a little extra thought into your wrapping this year! Why I love this trend is how it not only creates a more beautiful package for whoever is opening it but also acts as a decorative touch and can blend in with the rest of your home decor. Not to mention, everyone will love the fresh smell the pine leaves give off! If you’re not using a tree, place your gifts in a creative space where they can be on display and really appreciated!
Festive Drinks
Really impress your friends with a holiday-inspired drink! These can be as intricate or as simple as you want, alcoholic or non-alcoholic — the options are limitless and the additional touch is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Pomegranates, cinnamon sticks, oranges, and rosemary leaves are popular choices and turn any “cheers!” into a festive one!
Minimalist Wreaths
Show off your chic sense of style before your guests even walk in the door! I love these simple wreaths, as they exude elegance and creativity. While minimalists have been rocking these sorts of decorations for years, it’s an artistic trend that will work for anybody. You can embrace full-on modern looks with metal geometric shapes or keep it traditional with simple greenery and florals.

I love the deep greens and woods that come along with fall and winter. They create a warm and almost rustic ambiance which reflect the whimsical and mysterious feel of the forests! Offering the best of both worlds, winter foliage brings both an energizing and earthy feel. For a rich touch, Holly, Magnolia greens, pine, and Jester Leucadendron are a few of my favorites — perfect for the living room, dining table, or guest bedroom!
Add A Little Flair Through Your Tableware

Last but not least - tableware! Whether your friends are joining you for tea or for a full-fledged holiday meal, a nice table setting undoubtedly heightens the experience. If you have those special plates you never use, use them! Putting the extra effort into creating a beautiful place to eat will showcase your appreciation for what the holidays stand for: creating magical and memorable experiences with those closest to you. Plus, your tableware doesn’t even need to coincide with the usual holiday color schemes; it should reflect your own unique style.
