Want to show your friends and family just how chic your summer design style is? Since spring and summer get-togethers are most often hosted outside, I thought I’d share a few of the trendiest patio looks right now. No matter if your patio is large or small, you will find plenty of inspiration for your own home!
Douglah Designs revealed this Lafayette exterior design, and I instantly fell in love! Expansive sliding glass doors effortlessly blur the boundaries between the interior living spaces, and the thoughtfully designed back patio and loggia feel intentional, inviting, and perfectly suited for both everyday living and summertime entertaining.
A small patio with big possibilities! If you want to sit back, relax, and read a book, this cozy patio offers all of that and then some! The breezy color palette keeps this compact space feeling spacious and light. A great way to extend the home for outdoor summer gatherings and drinks with a few of your closest friends.
If perfection is the goal, then Armitage Interiors nailed it! This pool house space is so adaptable, comfortable, welcoming, and equipped, hosting larger gatherings of all sorts would be a breeze. Birthday parties (kids and adults), barbeques, and holidays can all be easily accommodated with this large and luxurious outdoor layout.
Simple, elegant, and functional is how I’d describe this design by Annette Jaffe. A refined neutral palette keeps the look naturally minimalist, allowing the textures and clean lines to shine. An ideal spot to host medium-large sized groups, as the outdoor dining table and modern fire pit provide ample seating (as well as stellar views from the bay to the beach).
Here, Randy Trainor captures a Mediterranean style in this large patio design. Surrounded by luscious plants and vibrant flowers, this couples the feel of a thriving garden with high-end cooking and dining. Neutral base pieces, such as the wicker chairs, stone island, and stainless steel, allow the flourishing garden and summer-inspired textiles to anchor down a natural and vibrant summer ambience.
